Vinyasa
A creative & dynamic form of yoga that uses your breath to link yoga postures. Postures are sequenced around sun salutations to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles and allow you to tune in to your body’s own rhythm. Although all levels are welcome, a reasonable level of fitness is required.
Basics
This fundamentals vinyasa class will take you back to the basics to develop and deepen your yoga practice. This is a perfect beginner's class as it will enable you to build a strong foundation and understanding of proper alignment and technique in all of your basic yoga poses! Class will move slowly, thoughtfully, and will increase your strength and flexibility. Bring a smile for a joyful exploration of your body and breath!
Candlelight flow
Enjoy a delicious mix of music and movement in a studio light by candlelight. Sound just right for a Tuesday night? IT IS! This vinyasa flow class features *live music* once a month by talented singer and guitarist, Erica Magro. A schedule for live music classes will be posted on the website. (regular class is 75 mins; live music classes are 90 mins.)
Mellow Flow
A slower pace vinyasa class that is just the the perfect amount of effort and ease. This class is great for beginners as well as seasoned yogis because it allows for you to focus inward and leave feeling mellow, refreshed and alive!
Gentle Flow
A practice of gentle flowing postures that warm and open the body and quiet the mind. A soothing practice for anyone looking to slow things down.

Sunrise Flow
Breathe in a new day with a strong, dynamic and fluid vinyasa class suitable for all levels (beginners to advanced). The class will wake you up with a creative and powerful sequence of postures.
Lunch Flow
Skip that mid-day coffee! This one hour vinyasa class emphasizes standing postures and is a tasty yoga espresso sure to heat you up and give you the energy and clarity of thought you need to conquer the rest of your day!
Community Class
The Yoga Tree seeks to make the practice of yoga accessible and affordable to the Merrimack Valley yoga community. The community class is a vinyasa style yoga class suitable for all levels.

Restore & Renew
This soothing and restorative class melds several types of yoga (yin, restorative, slow flow vinyasa) in a complimentary way to help you access quiet and calm in your body. Class will begin by passively holding poses supported with props such as blankets, blocks, and bolsters to promote increased energy flow, balance, and quieting a busy mind. Class will conclude with a slow flow vinyasa practice and more restorative poses to prepare your body for a blissful sivasana. This class is not a sweaty practice but a sweet restorative practice meant to facilitate the meditative part of your yoga practice, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. Enjoy :)
