Restore & Renew
Skip the sweaty and go straight to the sweet in this gentle, meditative class. Soothing and restorative, it melds several types of yoga (yin, restorative, slow flow vinyasa) in a complimentary way to help you channel quiet and calm in your body. Class will begin by passively holding poses with the support of props (blankets, blocks, and bolsters) to promote increased energy flow, balance, and the quieting of a busy mind, and will conclude with a slow flow vinyasa practice and more restorative poses to prepare your body for a blissful savasana. Expect to leave feeling restored and renewed.

New Mama Kula: A Discussion Group for New Moms
Kula is a Sanskrit word that can be translated as “community of the heart” or "a group coming together of its own free will. An intentional community, a family.” Being a new mother is exciting, challenging and full of emotions. There are so many milestones and joys, but also unknowns and fears. The New Mama Kula is a group for mothers with new babies who want to share experiences in a judgement-free environment and build a network of support with other mothers. We talk about what YOU need to talk about. You will be heard, valued and understood. You will leave feeling nurtured and energized. You are welcome to bring baby or leave baby at home. This group is for any mother with a child/children under the age of 2 and meets bi-weekly on Tuesdays from 5:45-6:45. Pre-registration required.
