300 Hour
Yoga Teacher Training

This program is built to guide you into the next phase of your teaching journey. You have established a foundation as a teacher, now is the time to inspire and co-create with the ancient wisdom that has been laid as our foundation.

Expanded Experiences

Program Highlights

Our year long program will take you through deeper anatomical understanding of the postures, sequencing for energetic and physiological ailments, mastery over your voice and your words to create a transformative experience, and contemplative and inquisitive review of the yogic teachings and philosophy.

As part of your 300 Hours, you will also receive a Yin Yoga Certification. We believe your understanding of Yin Yoga and the concepts of meridians, fascia, and nervous system regulation will compliment and elevate what you are able to offer in a traditional yoga class. In addition, we are also including a full weekend of Hands-on Assists, an art that has been lost but can add so much to the student experience.

What You’ll Learn

  • Our anatomy focus is a highlight of our program. We will break down the parts of the body to take a zoomed in look at the muscles and joint actions to allow more refined and educated approach to sequencing.

  • Another cornerstone of our programming is the attention to detail when it comes to the development of language around the cues used to guide movement and to build a posture, and the choice of words when establishing a theme. We believe how you speak and what you say can inspire a change in how your students move, feel, and experience their practice.

  • There is more to yoga that the physical benefits of the postures, though that is where most of our focus lands during the 200 Hour programming. In the 300 Hour level you will begin to understand more about how the poses effect the various physiological systems in the body, as well as the subtle, energetic systems in the body. This will allow for more refined offerings to help your students heal.

  • You will experience for yourself the benefits that come from regular pranayama practice. You will be introduced to advanced pranayama techniques, as well as the use of bandhas to direct and stabilize the flow of energy in the body.

  • Dive into the study of the Bhagavad Gita, The Yoga Sutras, and stories behind the yoga poses. Through study and discussion you will gain an ability to bring this ancient wisdom into your classes.

  • Take your sequencing into new places. You will learn how to create sequences with purpose, sequences that educate, inspire, and challenge your students in new ways. This is an invitation to step into new methods and ways to think around your classes.

  • Hands-on assists will elevate any yogic experience. We understand that success in this area requires practice! That is why we have planned an entire weekend for a Hands-on Assist Training.

  • Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative style of yoga that focuses on holding seated and reclined poses for extended periods, allowing the student to reach the deeper connective tissues (fascia) and cultivate a calm, quiet mind. As part of your training you will receive a Yin Yoga Certification which will give you another lens to view the practice through and an entirely new offering to add to your skill set.

  • The upcoming training session will focus on fostering a collaborative learning environment. Participants will receive constructive feedback from instructors to enhance their skills and facilitate personal growth. Additionally, attendees will have the chance to provide feedback to their peers, encouraging a culture of support and shared learning.

  • Our program prepares you to take your training and experience into the world through a variety of offerings. We will cover the ins and outs of leading retreats, building online offerings, and discovering your niche. We will also cover marketing strategies that will help you to build recognition and connect with students.
