Studio Etiquette

We LOVE the energy our community brings into the studio—it’s what makes The Yoga Tree feel like home. We appreciate you adhering to our Studio Etiquette guidelines to ensure that our community remains grounded, connected, and full of good vibes.

Arrive on time.

Out of respect for your time, our classes begin at the scheduled time. Late entries are not allowed in as it is disruptive to the flow of the class and to those that have already settled on their mats.

Our lobby door is locked once class begins, so be sure to give yourself a few extra minutes to find parking, arrive, and settle on your mat. Late arrivals will be considered a No Show and our cancellation policy applies.

Connection + Conversation

We love that The Yoga Tree is a place to connect and we HIGHLY encourage pre- and post-class yap seshes.

We kindly ask that you keep your conversations in our cozy lobby “living room” so that the studio can stay a quiet, grounding sanctuary for everyone.

Phones + Devices

The studio is a tech-free zone and all phones must be silenced + remain in the lobby. Want to capture some memories? Stop by our Disco Wall to get some IG-worthy pics with your friends + fam (and don’t forget to tag @yogatreehaverhill - we love to see them!)

We understand that sometimes a phone must come in (glucose monitors, caregivers on call, etc.). If that’s the case, please let your teacher know ahead of time, and be sure to keep your phone on silent to honor the space.

Stay for Savasana

It’s the sweetest part of class (who doesn’t love a good savasana?!). Please stay through the end whenever possible to soak it all in.

If you know you’ll need to slip out before class ends, please select a spot in the back of the room so you can exit quietly without disturbing your fellow yogis and exit before savasana begins.
