Yin Yoga Training: Journey Through the Chinese Meridians
50 Hour Teacher Training w/ Caitlin Ferrante
Slow down, listen deeply, and explore the subtle body through the lens of yin yoga and the Chinese meridian system.
Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we’ll move beyond muscles and into the energetic pathways that shape how we feel physically, emotionally, and energetically. Each meridian tells a story, and through long-held yin postures, breath, and awareness, we’ll begin to understand how energy flows, where it gets stuck, and how we can support its natural rhythm.
Together, we’ll explore:
The 12 primary meridians and their elemental relationships
How emotions, organs, and energy are interconnected
Yin postures that target specific meridian lines
The art of stillness as a tool for insight and transformation
How to sequence and teach yin classes with intention and depth
This training is both educational and experiential. You won’t just learn the meridians, you’ll feel them.
Whether you’re a yoga teacher looking to deepen your offerings or a dedicated student craving a more intuitive and embodied practice, this space is designed to help you reconnect to the quieter layers within.

Caitlin Ferrante has spent the last decade delving into the world of yoga and curating immersive meditation + movement events. She embraces life as a bold experiment, deriving her energy from the journey of unlearning, breaking free from societal norms, and reshaping ourselves to pursue joy, liberty, autonomy, and a sense of purpose.
Caitlin crafts her retreats, trainings, and mentorship programs with the underlying principle of fostering an environment where participants can undergo a profound transformation. She champions the notion that without discomfort and introspective exploration, we can't hope to evolve and expand beyond our self-imposed limitations.
