What does yoga mean to you beyond physical practice?
To me Yoga is about giving myself space from my everyday life to practice being calm in uncomfortable situations (poses), while I breathe and notice my thoughts, feelings and emotions so I can suffer LESS and move through the world with some patience and grace.

Acknowledge, Accept, Forgive, Keep MOVING.
