Prenatal Yoga (6 Week Series) on Wednesdays with Adelaide Gross

Prenatal Yoga at The Yoga Tree is designed for both new and experienced yoga students throughout all stages of their pregnancy. Cultivate a connection with your baby before he or she is even born in a calm, peaceful, and nurturing environment. Prepare and strengthen your body physically and mentally for childbirth. Ease and alleviate common aches and pains associated with your pregnancy through safe and mindful movement, stretching, and pranyama (breath). Connect with a community of other pregnant mamas in a welcoming, playful, and supportive setting.

COST: $90 (by Oct 10; $100 after)**

*Please note this class will not meet on Nov 21 due to Thanksgiving Weekend.  The final class of the series will instead be held Nov 28

** This is run as a 6 week series only, unused classes cannot be rolled over to a different session. Special exceptions can be made for mamas close to their due date (email to arrange).
