We all need to take care of ourselves during these busy times in this seemingly mixed up world. Come spend 2 hours caring for your mind, body and spirit through a mix of different yoga practices. There will be nourishing music, kundalini kriyas to purify, flow to create rhythm, yin to go deep and restorative to calm and relax. My intention is to leave you feeling a sense of Spirit. All are welcome but some yoga experience is encouraged.
