Prepare to take meditative flight with a soundscape of multiple gongs, metal singing bowls, drums, rattles and more. A sound bath or sound journey is the intentional meditative practice of returning the body, mind and spirit into balance through the immersion of sound. New Moon energy is about manifestation, new beginnings, planting seeds and envisioning the life you desire. Tuning into intentional sounds and frequencies under the energy of the New Moon will create powerful shifts.

Participants are invited to bring anything to maximize comfort while laying down (yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask) as this is not an asana practice.
