Are you interested in learning more about sound healing? Join us to Awaken the Alchemy Within for our 20 hour sound healing training series held over two weekends in October!

These introductory classes will provide ample time for learning, practicing, and experiencing the effects of sound healing. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of healing applications of sound tools like the gong, crystal singing bowls, drums and voice, as well as the skills and confidence required to lead your own sound healing events!

PART ONE: OCTOBER 14TH + 15TH ・ 12p - 5p
Introduction to Sound Healing, Introduction to the Gong and Ancestral Instruments

INTRO TO THE GONG
Next, we’ll dive into the history of the gong, different types of gongs and how they are used for energy healing, as well as an introduction on how to play the gong. We’ll also cover the ins and outs of where to acquire a gong, suggested mallets and stands for your gong, and how to travel and take care of your gong. In this class you will learn, practice, apply your knowledge so that you can curate your own gong meditation.

ANCESTRAL INSTRUMENTS
We’ll close out Part One of your sound training with ancestral instruments such as the drum, flute, didgeridoo, rattles, rainsticks, and more. You’ll also learn how to curate a drum circle, where to acquire ancestral tools and how to travel with and care for them.


INTRO TO SOUND
Your sound training will begin with Intro To Sound, where we will review the sacred history of sound, the scientifically-proven emotional and physical benefits of sound and the principles behind how sound can be utilized for energy healing.
