One Sunday Afternoon Each Month
This class will take place one Sunday a month. A fusion of gentle vinyasa flow yoga with Qi Gong, an ancient method of healing and disease prevention. Combine fluid breath synchronized asanas (yoga postures) with free flowing qi gong movements to simultaneously energize, relax, and bring peaceful harmony to mind, body and spirit. In this class you can expect to stretch, improve balance and flexibility, reduce tension and anxiety, and find your quiet center.
Pre-Registration required. A minimum of 5 people needed to run class. Regular class cards CAN be used or $15 drop in!
